PILATES WITH IMO

Pilates is a fantastic way to keep your body feeling strong and lengthened. It’s also great in supporting injury prevention, whether you play a sport or just in day to day life.

Maybe you’ve spent all day working at a desk and you’re experiencing back pain, perhaps you want to find a new form of exercise as a way to challenge yourself or maybe you’re simply looking to get back into exercising again after a long break.
